SHADY, SHADY, SHADY! When I went in I had an advertisement for 1400 dollar off any way you want it special. Immediately they said this was not good anymore as they have monthly specials and it was now the first, but they were offering a 650 dollar any way you want it special. This bait and switch should have tipped me off, but alas it didn't. I got the offer in writing stating with all deposits and everything it would be 340 dollars to move in, including 1st months rent. At this point I was told this was good till the end off the month. I went in about a week later with my wife and we were ready to sign a lease and excited, but they now said that was a weekly special and the now were only offering a 250 dollar special. This changed the move in cost from 340 to over 1000. DO NOT GIVE THESE GRIFTERS ANYTHING, lets show them that consumers do not like being taken for fools.

Sounds to me like you didnt pay attention to any of the specials, maybe you should read before you sign huh?

Sounds to me like you don't know how to read. If you read my comment you would have seen that I even had the special in writing and they said it was good till the end of the month, then later they said it was only good for that week. Maybe you should actually read someones comment before making such an asanine statement. BTW after I said I wasn't interested they then called me back with another offer, but still not the original. These people are shady, shady, shady. Rent there if you wish but I personally choose to business with honest people. I was interested in two other places as well but as soon as I found out they were also managed by Nolan, I decided not to even look.
