Do not rent here if you can aviod it... What a terrible place to move into....There is not one good thing I can say about this place. They do not operate on good faith. The place is loud and trashy. Parking is terrible, they go no further than basic low level minimum service.

Horrible I have only been here a month and regret moving in. feel like I was tricked. My heater went out, had not heat for 2 days. Parking is horrible. Townhouse not as nice as model, promised things I didnt get. Wish I would of never moved here.

Call the Roeland Park Police Department and get the crime record. They are out here everyday.
