Liars and Crooks Awful place to live, very bad customer service. The staff will tell you one thing to pay on your rent but then come back and charge you $300 in late fees when they lied to you. It may be a cheaper place to live but it's not worth all the hastle an -------- you have to

not satisfied The place to where i live has rediculious rules regarding items on the balcony. One would say the furniture is inside and you might use it only as outside furniture. They are rude people that work there except for one person. I do not recommend that this be a place to move into. I

NICE PLACE TO STAY The staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance was quick to complete work orders. Sidewalks were shoveled in teh winters. Resonably price. Nice area.

Stay far away My fiance and I lived there for about a year.. and like most have nothing good to say. Management was ok.. but rude. Maintenance never fixed anything, we had a hole in our ceiling for almost 3 months before they decided to fix it. There were bugs, leaks, bad plumbing.

Run away! The office staff is nice when you are signing your lease, but after that they could care less if you are satisfied. The lease has many clauses built in to assure that they can do basically whatever they want and get as much money from you as possible. It's upsetting to know I

My parents have lived here for almost 4 years now and in the summer i would come to visit but not be able to go swimming because i was under 16.
