The parking lot sucks (at parklane) and there not going to fix it. Kim, is very rude. I do not like calling to get something fixed. She always says were not open or I guess I will call maint. Most of the time I have to go and find them my self. I will go in the office and she is always talking about other people that live here. She treats her staff horrible. I was there and she was yelling and Shawn to go and apologize to a resident for her. I feel for Shawn he is always cleaning up her messes. I see them showing apts for her at Hillcrest. Isn't she suppose to be showing them' We even moved into a very dirty apartment (well transfered) and she never sent anyone out to clean it. All she does is gripe I have so many other places to take care. Kim go find some where else to work. We are so sick of you.
