Average Apt. Best place to live in Salina if you own pets. Kim was very pet friendly to my boxer. Apartments could use some updating and fixing up, but tenants should learn to take better care of the public available amenities too.

Have lived here since November 2003. The staff is AWESOME and the Maintence Staff never takes more than two days to complete a work order. I have never lived in an aprtment before and this is my first experience. LOVE IT! LOVE IT!

Overall a very decent place to live Nice apartment with plenty of household ammenities. Well insulated and wired with electricity. Great place for families. Only drawbacks noticed were a few construction problems and places where an upgrade could be very helpful. No carports/garages and parking
