Three reasons!! Management, management and management. Rude and uncooperative, Service is slow! Take a lot of time to fix any broken thing like heating, taps etc. Manager is one of the rudest persons i've met. Screwed up my lease papers, was a 12 month lease but THEY made a mistake and put a wrong date as the lease ending date. I had to stay 1 month extra because of THEIR mistake.
50$ late fee even if u are late by 1 day.
a treadmill in the gym hasn't been working for the last 12 months and the management has no plans to fix it.
talking to the management always leaves a bad taste in the mouth. they will never cooperate with you on any request.
