I?ve lived in apartments all over the United States and this is the worst complex I have ever lived in.


The office staff is unbelievably rude and snotty. They treat you as if they could care less about you, even when you are handing them the rent check.


The maintenance is worthless. They are slow on requests, if they ever get to them at all. We have only had lukewarm water in our unit for two months now, and even with multiple requests they still have not fixed the problem. We had water leaking into our bedroom and into the bathroom from a foundation leak and the maintenance came and wet vac?d it once. They ignored repeated requests for a fan to be put on it, and it finally dried on it?s own, leaving stains on the carpet and walls and the unit smelling like molding sewage water.


The window insulation is horrible. All the windows in the unit are terribly drafty. The sound insulation is also as bad--we can hear everything and if you dare talk in your kitchen area, everyone in the hallway can hear you!



The hallway leading to our apartment smells horrible. Nothing gets rid of the smell, not even when the doors are open on either end. It?s not even the same smell; for instance, one week it was vomit, while the next week it was rotten eggs. My guests complain about it all the time, and now it?s gotten to the point where it?s a joke. Management should hold a mystery smell of the week contest--whoever wins gets out of their lease early!


The laundry facilities are a joke. There are only two washers and two dryers for our entire three floor apartment building. One is almost always out of order, the dryers continously eat your $1.00 worth of quarters, and for seven months the floor of the laudry room was covered with water, until someone finally figured out that the washer was backing up.


Do yourself a huge favor and don?t even consider this community. You?d be better off in Section 8 than here!
