We were going to move in to Caryle apartments but changed our minds after talking to the staff. First about the apartments the office looks really nice with nice tile and decorations, but the actual apartments are very cheap for the high rent. While walking through floor boards creaked, it felt as though you were going to fall through the floor. The lady we talked to seemed nice at first, and there was another lady who I think was the manager, was a complete b. She was a very cold person. The lady we were working with kept trying to force us to sign a lease that day even though we couldn't move in until the next month. She actually tried to tell us that they were running a special that ended that next day that would save us a hundred dollars a month on the rent for a year. Example: say if we signed that day our rent would be like$600 for 12 months, if we signed the next day it would be $700 for 12 months or watever rent was. She really wanted us to pay sign a lease that day, mind you the offce closed in an hour from when she sprung this on us, and we would pay rent for 1 month and not even live there. The apartment wasn't even ready to move in, the tenant was suppose to move out that week. They are crazy and rude. When she saw that we weren't going for it her attitude changed for the worse. What a bunch of conartists, I don't think what they tried was even legal. Take my advice stay away!
