My only problem is with the majority of tenants that seem to be either idiots or just plain white trash. A confederate flag and NASCAR flag hanging off the patio deck' Maintenance was never a problem. Things were usually fixed within 24 hours. The "gym" is a joke. Things are old and broke. It is exactly the same as when I moved in 4 years ago. I expect certain things when living in an apartment. Noise. Neighbours. Parking issues. If you hate these problems, rent or buy a house. Overall,
for the money, location and comparison to other Shawnee complexes, Carlyle is overall a good deal.
