To expensive for what you get

They charge outrageous prices for their gas, water and lights. You can not have our gas based on what you actually use. You must pay the price for the whole building divided between apartments. IT is absolutely ridiculous. I am moving out because of this. I am paying higher gas prices than those who own their own homes
