Too much money, not enough room

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I have lived here for a little over 2 years. It wasn't so bad then. Since i have lived here, they raised my rent to outrageous amounts for no more space then you get. The living room and dining rooms are tiny. I couldn't even get my brand new couch through the entrance of the apartment. Other people have had the same problem with furniture not fitting. Also a little boy was hit by a car here, and multiple car break-ins along with police brigades, and noisy neighbors. When there are 6-10 people living in one apartment, and each has a car- the parking and partying can get out of hand.
