terrible new management and services

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
It used to be a nice apartment under the old management. But everything have changed since the new apartment took over. Now you have to pay everything including gas, heat, water and electrics. But if you apply right now, the management won t tell you so until when you sign the lease. This is cheating!
