What's the suprise on the utilities' I understand perfectly about them. When i first moved in it was explained to me that the water, trash, gas would be on one bill and i would have to pay it the same time as rent. Depending on the time that you move in thats what your gas will depend on. People forget that they aren't paying there gas bill for that month it is always 60-90 days behind. So in Feb-march you are paying for november and december. Hey it's colder then and people forget that they turn up the heat during that time. They just think about that month and forget about the past weather. My experience has been great here the office staff is very nice and help me whenever i need something. And the maintenance is great also. They are very good then usually get it done within 1-2 days depending on what it is. Most people don't use common sense when they are getting mad at a corporation or the poeple that work for it. Well the people that work their really can't do anything about the utilities because they work for carlyle not the gas company. Also about the break in's or people partying. Well we live in a world that isn't safe it doesn't matter whether you live in an apartment or in a house in the suburbs. No one is safe because people are dumb. I realize that no apartment place are perfect and everyone you will find their flaws. But i say if you read this i recommend carlyle as a home to live they have been great to me and my biggest advice is when they explain the lease listen to what they are saying. I used to be a leasing agent for an apartment complex and people used to come in all the time and be mad because they said that they weren't told this when they moved in or they didn't know about whatever they were whining about is because they didn't listen to what the person was saying. I say carlyle is a good place to live and i recommend it to anyone considering the only reason i had to move out was because i bought a home. I guess i'm partial because i worked in the business and understand what it all comes down to and know all the rules or what goes into doing the job. Especially when people come on these thing and bad mouth a place that i wouldn't be surprised if they were evicted from for not paying rent.
