First I would like to point out that I have paid all utilities since the time of my move-in. No surprise there. My screen says Carlyle has a 29% approval. I have had issues, but basically all has been good in my time here. Everything has been fixed that needed to be fixed. It is safe here. No bugs. And here is a tip...if you pay your rent and do what you're supposed to do under the lease, you will never have to see a management agent . I personally have only dealt with any of them I would say once a month. And that is only because I pay my rent.
I would say that I have two issues with this place:
1) Haven't they ever heard of shoveling sidewalks and deicing them'
2) If one more soccer ball hits my car I will scream...
And only one of those is under the control of property management.
I wish these apartment review things were useful, as I am planning a move to Chicago and would like some real info. But, as I live in a place with a 29% approval and as I have been more than fine living here, this website will be of no help. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
