Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
1. Most hostile, impolite and unfriendly people in the lease office.
2. They are money stealers
3. Emergency maintenance request calls will be casually ignored by the management and lease office.
4. They charge a huge bounty towards trash and housekeeping expense every month.
5. Stove and fridge were totally ugly and unclean even when moved in. when reported the same to the lease office, they said that is how it will be and they are aware of it. But, to our dismay, they charged 'cleaning expense' while moving out.
6. Heat sealing is worst. You will get the same standard reply: "The management is planning on doing a universal maintenance of all the apartments". But it will never happen. So, you incur a huge electricity bill from NOV, DEC, JAN, FEB and MAR.
7. AND NOT TO MENTION THE NUMEROUS POTHOLES ON THE ROADS THROUGHOUT THE APARTMENT. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
