I have been in this apartment in 2009. I have gone throught the reviews on this site and to a greater extent i do agree to all of them. First on First Barring Jenifer( The Receptionist at the Office) all of them are Unpolite especially Debbie. I have no clue of why she has a grumpy face all the time. Never been able to get proper answers from her. When i had quit ( forefitting my Deposit due to Early termination) I had called after couple of months for my settlement amount and what i hear is i haven't paid put out the rent for the previous month( which i did and had the receipt for the same). When i said i do have the papers to show it , only then they agreed and sent the final settlement. Yes the Washing machine sucks. Also there were few bugs in the apartment as indicated in the other reviews.
However the thing that pleased me was the location of the Apt which was near to all the basic amenities which you could think of.
Nevertheless There are for sure many other apts in the vicinity as an alternative for this Apt
