This is a warning to all who live at the greens and plan to move soon. Make sure you do a walkthrough with the staff!!
The staff refused to do a walthrough with us upon move out because they did not have enough people in the office to cover the desk. They also said they would not do it because we did not make an appointment to do so. They ended up giving us only half of our deposit back. We even cleaned the carpets for them. they took out money for carpet cleaning, painting, labor, and cleaning. Even though all apartment owners are responsible for carpet cleaning and painting upon move out. Please be careful...the staff is not very professional or experienced..obviously. DO A WALK THROUGH UPON MOVE OUT!! This is the worst experience I've had..and someday they are going to do this to the WRONG person and hopefully get what they deserve.
