I travel a lot and have lived in many places before, but by far the Greens at Shawnee are the best. My company has many places that they could choose from and we chose the Greens. They were by far the best priced and The Staff was more than hospitable when asked to send information or price quotes. I know a lot of people have their own opinion but I think some people just look at the moment and not the entire picture. I know for a fact that their customer service is beyond compare. We arrived in Kansas City at 2:30am and woke the Greens manager up and to my surprise she woke up and let us in and filled out our paperwork and got us settled in. Some people would say that dedication; I say that it?s great customer service and that won me over. The amenities of the Greens is great, they have a playground, fitness center, golf course, business Center and pool. I think it is a perfect place to stay for long term or short term. I have talked too many or the residents and they enjoy it here. I have seen first hand the staff try and help anyone they can with problems and get them fixed in a timely manner.
