I've lived here for a few months and so far the only complaint I have is the parking. I get home from work after 10 PM and every parking spot is filled. I?ve asked about an assigned covered parking spot but they said I would have to pay $30 extra a month. There are always visitors parking in the resident spots (there are very few ?visitor?s parking? spots in my area). I?ve had to park in the visitors parking a few times, then walk ? a mile to my building. I?ve also had to park in Handicap at night, then, move my car in the morning. I have several friends who live at the complex, but in a different areas and they say there is plenty of parking where they are, so this is just a problem in my area. BE CAREFUL when you select which building you want! Make sure there is visitor parking close, or enough spots available to accommodate everyone, otherwise you?ll be walking!
As far as the leasing staff, I?ve only had one problem with one of the ?girls?. Everyone else has been really nice and helpful! I?ve made complaints about the parking, and they?ve had people towed, so they DO listen. The property managers are really helpful as well. They always smile and never ignore me when I need to talk to them. I would recommend The Greens, just make sure you get a building that is in a good location, even if you have to pay extra for a ?view?. It?s defiantly worth it.
