I have lived here for a full year now, and while I've had a good time, this place is a joke. The management is absolutely horrible, they try to be stern on some things (having guests to the pool and signing up to play pool), but they don't care that you can park in the covered parking for free or write at least 3 maintanence requests before getting anything fixed. I have written 5 requests to get the smoke detectors fixed, and they are still hanging from the ceiling. The gates are a pain and useless, my entrance has an exit, but no pad to get in meaning I have to drive all the way to the front just to get in. The apartments really are cheaply made and you can tell by the slanting patio. My biggest complaint is the sprinklers. If you come home when they are on, you cannot make it from your car to your apt without getting soaked. This place just wasn't planned out well enough. For the money, go to Tuckaway. I've lived there and it is so much nicer and better managed.
