Once again I was awoken this morning by the lawn guys. In the summer they mow and weed wack at 7 in the morning and I guess, by the events that occured this morning, in the winter they take their chainsaws and cut down trees and shrubs at 7 also. I have kept from writing a review in hopes that this place would dissprove the previous reviews but so far I haven?t had any assurance that anything is going to change. I don?t believe that management cares about the residents. The manager of the complex will make you believe that she cares in the beginning but as soon as you move in...stay away from the clubhouse because neither she nor the staff want to help you with problems that arise. Also, the management gets you to believe that all of their amenities are outstanding but the truth is that there are limits to the golfing priveledges, the fitness center looks like it is never cleaned (they don?t even keep disinfectant bottles up there like all fitnes clubs are required to do), you don?t feel welcome in the clubhouse (the staff monitors everything you do whether its sitting in the hot tub, playing pool or watching TV. It is as though they want the place to look pretty and alluring but don?t want the residents to enjoy the "amenities"), the parking is a nightmare, and everything my neighbors do I can hear including watching TV, taking a piss, having sex, etc. My opinion is that this place is poorly built, poorly managed and poorly maintained. The best interest of the residents are not kept in mind. I will look elsewhere when my lease ends.
