My self and My fiance lived at the greens and at first were ok with it. Then we moved into a 2 bedroom apt. Parking was bad, the 2 bedroom was nasty when we moved it took us 2 weeks to get it cleaned and then when we did our waterpipes froze in the bathroom so we were without water. We cleaned the carpets when we moved in because they were just nasty big black spots all over from the previous tenents and then when we moved out they charged us for the replacement of the carpet. we had paid for three different deposits and still are trying to get us to pay $500 more. They did not inform us they just sent us to a collections lawyer and now have it against our credit. We were not given any respect on this issue. Also STAY OUT OF THE HOT TUB!!!!!!!! I, July 4, 2003 went into the hot tub and have medical records to prove this, got hot tub shingles because the water was not cleaned nor was it sanitary when i told Ann about this she told me there was no way. well i had not been in any other bodies of water. My sister lived there for a year also and that entire time had no icemaked it never worked. they came out to fix it but never got it fixed. This place is such a JOKE. Even with the free golf..... oh yeah if you did not fit the criteria of the country club you were watched and followed out on the course and if you were taking to much time golfing he would pick up your ball and bring it to you saying you were done with that hole. I have not played golf ever and was trying to learn i pay my rent and fees so why was i treated this way'''' because the company doesn't care about its tenents!!!!
