we are always having to tighten door knobs that are coming off. the dishwasher sits crooked so the drawer won't stay open while you load it. it also chips all the plates. the toliet has broke twice and had to replace the "insides" of it. the patio door is so warped it is a struggle to get in and out. there is never enough parking. if you park under the canopy's when there isn't another space available the managers come by and stick a huge orange sticker where the driver looks at the windshield that is about impossible to take off. it probably took a hour to get it off. the sprinkler system is out of control. if the sprinklers are on, good luck getting to your door from the car without getting soaked. the overhead light on the stove doesn't work, never has. we are constantly replacing lightbulbs, we assume because of not so good wiring, we had to have maintanance replace a light switch because it started smokin. the hot water in the main bathroom doesn't work, when you turn it on the pipes start shaking and no water comes out. i tired of writing but you get the point. one good thing is the free golf. it would be nice if the fitness center stayed open pass nine.

I completely agree with everything stated in this comment. I moved in when the managers were here that everyone loved. Then all of a sudden, a new couple took their place and everything has gone down hill. Everytime I have to go to the front office to ask for something, it never fails that I receive rude service. I got to the club house one night at 8:40 and the doors were being locked as I was approaching. I knocked on the doors, and the manager asked what I wanted, I told him I would like to get in the hot tub for a few minutes because I had a injured back, and he turned to his wife to ask her what she thought. She shook her head no and he then told me that the hot tub was closed. I told him that I thought it closed at 9:00, and he said, "well, we have to allow time to shut it down to be closed by 9:00". I mentioned that maybe they should say it closes at 8:45 then instead of 9:00. May seem like a small ordeal, but I thought it was uncalled for and very poor service.
