I have lived at The Greens from day 1 and we have gone through management 3 times. The first couple was ok, the second couple was great they were compassionate and loved people. The couple that is in charge are the worst couple that I have ever seen. How they ever got this management position I don't know. This property is going sour and just are sort time Mr. Lindsey will have to sell it in order to make money because the management is running people out of their apartments. They took alot of enemities away from they, pretty soon it will the golf that they take away from the residents. It is not a good place to live any more. They fired every one including our State Trooper and I heard and seen reports that we are starting to have high crime here and it doesn't seem safe anymore. I even heard that the rent is going up when you go to renew, I will not be renewing and there are alot of people not going to renew due to the management. They should be giving me money to live here because they promise me all these emenities to live here and then they take them away. I was told and I know it is true that they get a big bonus in December so they got rid of everyone so they could get there bonus in December. I know for a fact that the last couple didn't care about their bottom line and they did care about the residents which I thought Mr. Lindsey's main concern were the residents. I know for a fact that the last couple only made $6.70 per hour for 40 hours and they got there apartment free they couldn't even pay for the heating bill with that. I don't know how Mr. Lindsey can sleep at night nowing this.
