It is too bad that we have a few residents that use this for a sounding board because they have problems following rules. If you would like to live in a community that has Managers that care about it staying the beautiful place that it is, having residents that are respectful of others and care about the amenities they use then this is the place for you. If you have a problem following rules that are put in place for the safety and best interest of everyone it is not for you. To respond to the false accusations..their have been no amenities taken away..just call and ask what our amenities are. We also do not want anyone living here that is unhappy..we have many happy residents that love the managers and what they have done to make our community the upscale community that it is. It is also interesting about the crime rate here. A shawnee policeman just left our office and commented that their have never been many issues here, but he can tell it is even getting better. We know who the negative comments are from and would like for you to address any issues you have to us personally.
