I am shocked at some of the reviews I'm reading on here. It's insane. First off, the crime is almost non-existent and the newest Managers (Mike and Vicki) are great. They follow the rules and do not play favoritism. They are more than willing to help with any request and they provide maintenance quickly when asked. For those that are complaining, have you even talked with the new Managers and are you following your lease' For this price, where else can you live on a 27-hole golf course with these ammenities in the KC metro' It's a beautiful place to live and I highly recommend it. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

this review and all the good reviews on here were obviously written by the managers. What a joke, no one would praise them like that. And to respond to the questions in this review, yes i have spoken to the rude managers and yes I ams following the rules of my lease.

Yes, this was abviously written by a manager. I to had a bug problem...and it takes forever for them to take action. Also, pray that it doesn't snow...because the management NEVER shovels the snow...it snowed 7 inches and the staff NEVER cleared the snow from the parking lot. This place is terrible. I would not recommend my worst enemy to live here!

I'm still laughing at the 27-hole golf course. Tiger plays on 18 like the rest of us....wonder where the other holes are....
