The management needs a lot of work. If you have a problem you would think that they would want to help, but they seem to make it as difficult as possible. They are not very respectful to their renters even though you would think they should be because we more or less indirectly pay their salries. The gated community was a draw for us to live here but half the time they don't work properly. DO NOT live downstairs. You hear every footstep from the people that live above you. When they take a shower it is almost as loud as when someone in your own apartment is taking a shower. In the two bedroom/two bath when your roomate is showering I hope you are awake because it is so loud it would be impossible to sleep through. If you like sunlight the bottom floor apartments do not get any. Overall I would highly recommend that you do not live here. It has been an overall dissapointing living experience and that is putting it lightly. I read some bad reviews on this website for this apartment complex before I moved in... I wish I had listened them.

In a two bedroom, it averaged $40.00 a month.
