I have lived at The Greens for about a year and a half, I guess I'm a glutton for punishment. If you are on the bottom floor, you can hear every move your upstairs neighbor makes... from sliding chairs on the kitchen floor to noises from the bedroom. The pool is fine, when it is clean. Generally, the pool has blue green and kind of soupy. Parking is horrible, especially late in the evening, and even when you pay for covered parking... someone is likely to be in your spot when you get home. You can bring it to management's attention, but you will be put off for at least a week until they get up the guts to take action. When I took possession of the apartment, the carpet was dirty and the whole place reeked of cigarette smoke. There were mice that I had to end up taking care of because of management inaction. Obvious mold in the bathrooms and the drains were horribly clogged when I took possession. My advice... look somewhere else.
