For the price, I expected what was advertised; a nice pool, hot tub, sauna, and great maintenance. What I got was a tiny apartment with awful staff, a pool that is never clean, a sauna that never works, and a hot tub and pool that was shut down by the health inspector. How scary is that' On top of all this, they tore out the concrete sidewalks to fix them and did not replace them for almost three months. And, Im not talking about a huge sidewalk, Im talking about ten feet worth which does not seem like a big deal, but when they rope off the area and make it impossible to get to your apartment, it gets pretty annoying. And lastly, the sprinkler system has flooded on multiple occasions and when it rains the sidewalks are covered in mud. My advice, if you are looking to live here, run away as quickly as possible. I have lived here a year and put in my notice to not renew my lease after only 8 months. I am buying a house for the same payment as living here. What a joke.
