I must say looks are deceiving. Upon first glance this property looks great but after you move in the truth is revealed. The management will never listen when trying to explain a problem. Since I moved in 1 month ago I have asked 7 times for my outside street light to be replaced. I live in the back and it's very dark at night. The refrigerator freezes everything within 2 days. I have tried to turn it up, turn it down nothing works. The carpet was filthy the wall paper is peeling very badly. The gates have been broke since I moved in. They tell you there are 2 swimming pools available, but I went to the big pool by the country club this weekend and was asked to leave because "the apartment people are not allowed to swim here". The pool by our clubhouse is gross and over crowded. The hot tub is very cloudy and has an awful smell; I'm scared to even get in it. Most of all the people who work here are absolutely the rudest people I have ever met. I think they all hate their jobs, at least that's the impression I get.
