Where to begin' When I first moved here I thought 'Wow this place is really nice'. Looks can be very deceiving! They wouldn't let me see my actual apartment before I moved in. I wanted to make sure my apartment wasn't going to smell like smoke. But they would only let me see the model apartment. When I got into my apartment the fridge has cracks, the wall has cracks, the vent in the spare bedroom won't let a/c or heat in (yes I made sure it wasn't closed!). There some sort of pink stain all throughout the rooms in my apartment. I also pay for a carport, but appartently that means nothing. People can park in your carport and the Greens won't tow them away. Their policy is that they have to give them a warning and a 24 hour notice. Why am I paying for a carport then if other people can park in them 24 hours at time! Everything looks nice from the outside, but seriously DON'T DO IT! They'll try to suck you in by the amenities, they're not that great. Oh, yeah by the way, the pricing is all screwed up too. I'm getting robbed!
