I have lived here since May 2006. We had a problem with the past managers not fixing a leaking toilet. Which in turn had standing water that got under the flooring, and is now MOLDY. I have put in countless request for them to fix this problem and they have yet to fix it. New management came in a couple of months ago, and they were asked to fix the problem also. I was brushed off again, and now we are getting ready to take legal action against the complex.
We have paid the rent on time, every month. They have not kept up with their end of the contract. The new office manager acts like we are burdening them by asking them to fix this.
I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET THEIR APARTMENTS RENTED, BUT THEN WHEN YOU ARE A RESIDENT, BE PREPARED TO FIGHT TOOTH AND NAIL TO GET THINGS FIXED IN YOUR APARTMENT.
