Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
We moved to the Greens at Shawnee in November of 2006 and couldn't be more pleased.
They provided us free cable, a $40.00 savings from our last apartment, also, not like out previous apartment, there was no separate water, sewer or trash bill saving us over $48.00 per month and the electric bill was much lower since our apartment is energy efficient. Realizing there are always problems that come up in an apartment complex, they are promptly handled by management and/or maintenance. This message is not a "plant!"
