Ok, I currently live here, and I can't wait to get out. I moved in here in July of 2007. I found the place on a apartment search, and it looked great. On a Golf Course, Free Pool use, fittness room(which is nice), hot tub, steam room, tanning beds, a free truck to use to move in with. After we get in and settled, we learn that if you aren't here to park by 4:00pm, you WILL NOT get a spot even close to your builing, unless you catch somebody pulling out. We did our walk through the morning of our move in, and found ALOT of stuff not ready. 2" gaps between carpet and wall, sprinkler heads not fitted, vents loose, and countertops that look like a painting crew used them as thier pallet. We called the office to tell them, they said maintence would be there in an hour. 4hours later, they show up to fix the stuff. When they fixed the carpet, the guy left the rements on the floor, and left!! Everytime we call the office about ANYTHING, Chris and his wife who are the managers, give us the run around, and his wife, is one RUDE -------. They give out these fliers every so often about, for example.. Building will be sprayed for bugs on so and so date. Yeah, they don't show up. Or others...Building will be serviced for Filters and Smoke Alarms checked. They don't show up. I called once to see why they didn't show up. They said once because it was raining. Another time, they said, well, they should have been there, let me look into it, and call you back. No call back. They DO NOT do the services they say they will. I wanted to move 3 months after being here, and found out the buy out clause is over 1300 dollars. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! It looks great on web and it looks great on the tour, but it isnt. Oh, and the trash........WOW. The residents here are so lazy to walk to another dumpster, that if thier buildings can is full....they lay it on the ground. And if a car is parked in front of a dumpster.....they leave and dont come back for a week.

Well this is exactly what we went through in September. We hated it the minute we walked in. Everything harelypoker said is absolutley true!!! The mgmnt there sucks! Rude is an understatement for sure. I think they are so desperate to rent units that they will allow just about anyone to move in that is breathing! We were able to break our lease without paying the fees...I was bound and determined NOT to live there for a year. I am so glad we are out of there!!

This is completely true! EVERYTHING he mentioned happened to us as well!!! I HATE how they do maintenance! They don't ever show up! The parking IS horrible! I've had to park MANY times at the clubhouse and walk home! It's terrible! This apartment clubhouse is a joke! Everything harleypoker said is absolutely true!!!!! Not to mention that the sidewalks are all craked and when it rains there is no way to walk to the parking lot from the back of the buildings without walking through a HUGE puddle of mud from the hill or water from the rain or snow! When you call to request maintenance, you have to call two to tree times and if you leave a request with Shirley, BE SURE you call back to ensure the request has been made! Chris' wife IS really rude and acts like she is bothered by everyone! The trash situation is riduculous! It's just a ------ place to live! The drains in the bathroom clog constantly!!! Spiders are BAD in the summer/fall this place just sucks all around! Nice model and nice grounds, but beware when you move into your own place!!!!!!!!!!
