Nothing will change until new Management takes over!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
Until there is a positive change in management, things will continue to go downhill.
It looks so nice on the outside, then once you enter, it is the worst upkeep I have ever seen. The entire experience we had was from hell, A to Z!!! I would never send anyone to them, even if it were the only place left on earth.
I would guess that none of the staff have ever taken courses in customer service, Fair Housing, or professional property management.
Bottom line, stay away....FAR FAR FAR away.
