I want to start by stating that no, I did not live in these apartments. My husband and I recently went to review them. To be honest, we had already decided to move there based on photos, pricing, etc and were just making a trip out to double check. We were excited to see it and get everything worked out to move in.
I have never met more rude people in my life. I had made an appointment previously and the lady who helped us kept making comments under her breath about people who don't make appointments and just showed up; we were the only people there. I have also never felt more judged before. It was as though they felt we weren't "good enough". I would like to mention that we make over 6 figures and have been living in a place that costs way more per month for the past few years with a spotless rental history. We were nicely dressed and yes we had showered that day :) But to me that is besides the point, that is not the correct attitude to have.
I was just completely disappointed with the reaction we received and the attitude. I was looking forward to this community but there is no way that I will live somewhere that acts this way to a couple that they should be trying to convince to live there.

You should try The Homestead in Olathe. We moved to the Green's for 2 weeks and that the worst 2 weeks of my life!!!!! We came back to our original place of residence and am so glad we did!!!

These people must be living in a different place than where we are residing. We have lived here for two years and are very satisfied. I realize there have been problems with previous management, but not the current ones. This six year old gated complex had problems with the roads due to winter erosion. But that was taken care of by a very professional paving company. The buildings have been repainted, and everyone in the office and services are very helpful and cordial. I agree to the Homestead reply. I lived in the Greens for just over a year. Granted, we started there under the old managers, but the new ones had too much on the plate that was left for them. If you want to see a good community, good pricing and a great staff, check the Homestead. You'll be glad that you did!
