I'm going a year in these apartments and couldn't be happier. When I first moved in there was different management and they were awful, now that Brandon and Sara are in as the new management they are WONDERFUL!!! I don't know them personally, except for the few conversations I've had, but they have done a tremendous job. They're always hosting movie nights (kids welcome), they hosted a Halloween party, they do 50's nights,ect...they are amazing. The roads were paved within months of them taking over, every request I've put in has been taken care of within 12 hours. I can't tell how beautiful the property is now that they have been involved. Couldn't be more pleased! I would recommend this apartment complex to everyone!!

How about the no show pest control? I know for a fact, that they dont show up to each apartment. I used to work from home, and they never ONCE showed up. When I called, the lady at the desk said they had, but I was there all day, and they did not.

So I have read all of your responses and I am moving in the first of May. I'm happy to hear some of you likes this place, but am concerned about the bug issue. Is it as bad as some of you have said?

you must be paid by ,anagement because they are on drugs. they don't host anything. Where do you get that?? Security and bugs issues abound!
