I lived at the greens and it is the worse place to live ever. Management is beyond help. They do not know or are capable of being frindly. They can not try to help you. When you ask for help, they say it isn't up to them. If it isn't them then who'

I pity anyone who moves in because it looks good on the outside, but when you really begin living there, it can be a hellish experience.

They have gone through numerous managers in their short exitence, with the current ones the worst. I lived there and for 2 years, you couldn't drive through the place because the roads were so potholed, you couldn't drive.

If it is a gated community, why leave the gate open at night so anyone can get in. Where is the security. It is a joke!

I totally agree. I didn't have hot water for THREE weeks. I would call every other day to speak to Sarah and she would send her husband Brandon over..and every time he would just turn on the water and if it was hot for a second he would say its fine.. we asked if he was certified and he said he was.. then 2 weeks later it STILL wasnt fixed and i went into the front club house and started bitching to have them fix it and send a professional.. come to find out Brandon ISN'T certified.. and all it was was a dinky part for the water heater.. worst complex I have ever lived in. I was even a leasing agent not too long ago and i would never dream to be as rude as the girls in the front. Terrible, terrible apartment complex. You better believe I'm writing to corporate and spilling the beans on EVERY one in the office.
