God awful parking. Had to pay extra for an assigned parking spot just to have someone else park in it every night. Parking lot was concrete but looked more like a gravel lot. Gated community but gates are left open half of the year. The walls inside the apt. would crack and splint along seams. Fire alarm would go off when I would turn on the burner to the stove. Management painted concrete outside the only door out of our apt. without giving warning to leave. The golf course is a real plus.
