I currently live here and have resided here a year. I am moving simply because I can't swing a two bedroom on my own. But, I have loved living here! Not only do you have free water and trash (which is hard to come by anymore) you have free cable. Since I have to have DVR, I paid an extra $19 a month to have total cable and DVR. My utilities were more than manageable. I have no complaints!
It was a great place to live and I would HIGHLY recommend it!

Still is a fine place to live. Friendly residents. Quiet and the management does all they can do for you. I would recommend it to anyone who appreciates a nice neighborhood to live.
