The worst problem is the trash. You can only take your garbage out from 5:30 am to 8:00 am and you will be fined if you do not adhere to this. I work out of town and am home only on the weekend and when I asked if I might be able to do something different, I was almost screamed at by their maintenance man. He told me I should be happy they pick it up at all, and that they weren't in business to keep their tenants happy. (Literally, thats what he said) The second worst problem is their maintenance staff. Everything takes them at least a week to accomplish and when they do fix something it is only a cosmetic fix that usually breaks a few months later, and that just starts the whole process over again. They have recently changed management and there service as taken an extreme nose dive since then. The staff is rude and act like they have no time for you. There are multiple burglaries and in the 3 years I lived there my car was broken into twice and vandalized once. DO NOT rent from here. Intro rates are attractive, however they are replaced with very high resigning rates.
