Have lived here for almost 5 years and cant wait to move - from a person that hates to move. When I first moved in, I had to take anything due to short notice move. Had a cat and took the first avalable apartment from this complex. The carpets were in bad shape, but I couldnt be choosy having a cat wasnt a big deal. But after my water heater leaks, the upstairs water heater leaked, air conditioner leaked, the carpet was ruined. They offered to either clean it or bleach it, which wouldnt help at all. They would have even replaced the carpet but I would have to move my furniture from room to room. Or a clasic one, move a bed room of furniture into the hall way!



They finially let me change apartments. Took that option because there was a foot long crack in the spare bedroom where the foundation had settled. They had to fix over a 100 nail head "pops" because of the age of the apartment complex before letting someone else move in. Then to find out that they charged them $65 less than what I was paying for the same apartment. Also a friend of mine lived in the same style of apartment, and she was paying $100 more than me!



No standard on prices from what I can tell. The management has gone down hill fast since I have lived here. Seems like every month when I pay my rent that I see new people working at the office.



They do less and less and want more in rent. They sent out a nasty gram threating anyone that may have a pet that they are not aware of, and that they would be checking for pets. Had the hood of my truck scratched up because they didnt maintain trimming back of the trees and a pine that I was parked under did a nice job of scratching my truck up when the wind blew. They have since trimmed them back. Parking can be interesting at times. Dont come home about 9 pm on the weekends because you might have a hard time finding a parking spot. They are great about maintaining the grass, but terrible about snow removal. They just throw salt on the stairs without clearing off the snow, plus dont clear off the snow on the walk ways on the parking lot. Plus they are slow to plow the parking lots, and when they do, the dont do the parking spaces, just the road itself.



When they replaced the roof this year, they started at 7:00 am and went to 8 or 9 at night. Very inconsiderate to the people that actually live here.

When they were resurfacing the parking lot, they did a very poor job of coordination. They moved my truck by towing it without my permission! They didn't give me notice that they needed to have all of the vehicles moved the next day. So they took it into their own hands by hiring a tow truck company to move all vehicles from one parking lot to another without telling us.



I wouldnt even let my enemies live is this complex and am counting the days until I can move.
