My boyfriend and I moved in here and it was our first apartment. We were really happy with it the entire lease save a few minor problems. They have the apartments sprayed about once a month for bugs, but we still had them despite this. We've had a few live centipedes in our bathtub and about a thousand dead roly polys around the edge of the walls all over. Granted they were dead because the spray worked, but it was still gross. We were a ground level apartment which probably meant we would have more bugs than any other floor, so try and stay towards the top. Management has always been wonderful, any maintenance requests we had were always fixed within 24 hours. Parking has rarely been a problem. The grounds are very pretty and I love the fact that you can see deer and rabbits around all the time. Our rent was only $499 with a washer/dryer, a deal like that is near impossible to find. The trash pick up is wonderfully convenient, and the only reason people need to follow the trash drop off rules is so animals don't get into it. It's not something personal the staff does to make tenants mad. Also I got the letter about pets and people needing to pay pet rent for them. People shouldn't cheat the complex by not claiming they have a pet, and I don't blame management in the slightest for sending the letter. All in all, I really enjoyed the place.
