My husband and I really liked this complex and wanted a top floor two bedroom. When we went in to put down a deposit, we asked the manager if any of these were available. He said no, but then said he needed to check because he thought a tenant was moving out of one within a month. We filled out the paperwork and he called us within an hour to say that we could move in the next month. We had a couple of things that needed fixed when we moved in September 2004, screen door had a hole in it, but it was fixed the first week we were here. Since then, we have been very happy with our apartment. We are close to the office and our balcony overlooks woods and a pond. Parking at our building is never a problem (except for residents who don't park inside the lines or park big vans up front blocking the walkway) and the trash pickup is fine for us. We looked at a lot of apartments and couldn't find an apartment in this price range that was as nice as our apartment is. I was hesitant to even go in and get prices because the complex looks like the apartments would rent for a couple hundred dollars than what they do. All in all, we are very happy with our apartment and have recommended this place to our friends.
