Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Do not move here ... if you do ... don't lose your job and break your lease. I paid out the remainder of the lease and I am now being sued for $3600.00 in alleged damages, when I left the apartment was in 98% perfect condition.
The apartment had extremely slanted floors and bugs I didn't know what they were called in addition to huge centipedes, roly polys and spiders.
The washer only worked half the time and I could never get anything fixed in a reasonable amount of time.
Management was terrible at best, and extremely rude most days.
Crime was a serious problem, there were car breakins every weekend . Several times all my neighbors at once.
BEWARE - you get what you pay for.... DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!
