I lived at Hampton Woods as my first apartment. A friend of mine and I signed a 9 month lease at that place. I've since rented from other places.
Hampton Woods is a relatively cheap place to live (rent wise). That being said, you absolutely can NOT move in there and expect it to be like some royal palace...You get what you pay for.
I personally never once had problems with the staff there, or the maintenence. Granted, my keys were stolen once and I did have to pay $20 to have my apartment/mail locks replaced but that's a small price to pay for my safety and my stupidity for leaving them laying around where they COULD get stolen.
I did not have a bug-infested place...I couldnt hear the neighbors all the time...personally I thought it wasnt too shabby for the cheap rent.
I had heard stories about people having their cars stolen or broken into...I left a 1999 corvette sitting out there for 2 weeks. It was never touched.
