We have lived here for a year this summer. The apartments are decent visually for being 20 years old. I have not had a major problem with the maintenance staff or anybody in the office. They have fixed what couple problems we have had. What has broken the straw for us is we can hear the neighbors drop a feather above us. Every step they take we hear. It doesnât help they are a bit inconsiderate about it either. Our other largest gripe are the bugs, specifically the spiders are also very bad. They do have an exterminator come weekly, and he certainly does help, but there are just so many that he couldnât possibly stop them all.

What level did you live on?? I moving into here in July and moving out of my other place because of noise.
