My boyfriend and I lived here for a year and I have never SEEN spiders so big in my life! We tried unscrewing the lightbulb in the light outside our front door to keep bugs away, and maybe keep the spiders away too, and we got in trouble! You can't turn the light off, so you just have to live with the mammoth spiders. We had an end unit and the maintenance people were doing yard work what seemed like every day -- so so SO noisy!! The neighbor beneath us always had his TV turned up very loudly into the wee hours of the night, and even after calling the apartment office two or three times, it never got turned down. Also! My heat wouldn't turned on and it turned out the pilot light was out or something like that and I had a "small" gas leak. Good to know! Assigned carports are $25/month and this old man was always parking in my spot... don't move here...
