When we first saw this apartment we were so excited it had a very woodsy feel to it. I fell in love. The model they showed us was beautiful. When we moved in they allowed us to paint on the condition that we would paint it back before we moved out. We had a problem with our oven the day after we moved in and stopped by the office to let them now. They sent someone over that same day. A couple days after our washing machine broke, I called the office and someone came out the next day. They have always been quick with maintenance requests and I have never had a problem with the job that was done. We switched apartments half way through our lease because we were having problems with bugs. Our first apartment was right on the ground floor on the tree line. Bugs are to be expected. But it bothered me. So we moved to an upstairs apartment and we have not had a problem with bugs since.

As far as staff go the apartment manager is a great guy he seems to truly care. The assistant manager has been a little rude, but only in tone never in what she says. The other girls that work in the office don??t seem to be able to do much, but they try and they will do what they can do get you assistance.

All in all I had an ok experience. The rent is not too bad and the apartment is clean and the maintenance does and excellent job. They try hard and really want you to have a good experience. I would recommend Hampton Woods

This place is a dump. Make sure when you move out to take pictures of everything or they will charge you for everything. The manager is a huge -------!!!!!
