I was excited about living here when I first moved in. After a month my enthusiam was gone. Maintenence takes their sweet time on fixing things and usually they have to come back 3 or more times for the same problem. Maintenence is rude and unprofessional. They act like you are bothering them, when you need repairs done. I hate calling and asking for their help. Management has hired workers to put new siding on the apts and new roof on the carports. It has been very noisy here for the past 6 months. They also put in a sprinkler system and now the yard looks disgraceful now. The neighbors up stairs are forever making noise. Sounds like a pack of elephants up there. We tried talking to the neighbors about the noise and after three attempts, we called the police on it. Next day, we recieved a letter from them, that was profane and threating. Took the letter up to the office, nothing was ever done. I strongly suggest people keep looking elsewhere. you move here you WILL regret it.
