After reading the following detailed reviews regarding Hampton Woods Apartments, it is my opinion, as a former tenant for seven years, that for the most part, these remarks are very accurate.
If you do decide to move here, expect a 60 day notice requirement, and a separate "Acronym filled Water and Sewer Agreement" to the lease contract that will increase your monthly expenses that you have no control over. Unfortunately, you will not find out the amount of these fees until after one month of living here. The other comments noted "hits the nail on the head that comes through the wall!"
Unfortunately, there is no "real" government agency that will help the tenant with misrepresentations after he has put his name on the "dotted line." You are strictly in a "Renter Beware" situation.
For any further opinions, please call me at 1-913-745-5219 or e-mail me at dsdnburg@yahoo.com and I will also tell you about our new apartment complex that we have found extremely opposite from Hampton Woods.

Few complexes EVER give you your security deposit back. They'll always make up some scum fake reason to keep it. As far as the water & trash go, they use Argen, or at least used to, some company from Georgia that has evil customer service and often doesn't send bills until right before they're due.
